A Lamp You Carry From Room to Room

Because it runs on a built-in battery, this lamp goes where a wired lamp cannot: the middle of a dining table, a bathroom shelf, a garden table on a summer evening, or a bedside without a socket nearby. A short press cycles through three colour temperatures, from a crisp white for reading to a candle-warm glow for the evening, and a long press dims it smoothly. Two hours on a USB-C cable gives eight to ten hours of light. The four colours are meant to be picked with intent: white disappears into most rooms, yellow and pink lift a child's room or a dressing table, and red is the one that turns a plain console into a focal point.
